SPECIAL RULES
‘Golden Switch’ Competition
These rules set out the special conditions and practical procedures specific to the ‘Golden Switch’ competition. For all other questions, please refer to the company's general competition rules, which are attached to and form an integral part of these rules and which are available at the following address https://www.goldenvegas-casino.be/en/blog/article/competition-rules.
Participation in this competition implies full recognition and acceptance of these specific rules and the general competition rules. No disputes will be accepted.
A. Name of the competition: Golden Switch (hereinafter ‘the competition’)
B. Organiser :
- NOORDZEE ELECTRONICS S.A., with registered office at Dragonderdreef 5, 8570 Anzegem, registered with the Banque-Carrefour under number BE 0426.052.506,
- REFLEX S.A. whose registered office is at Rue de Tournai, 127, 7740 Pecq, registered with Banque-Carrefour under number BE 0861.302.392 (hereinafter the ‘Company’).
C. Duration of the competition: The competition is available each month from the 24th at 5:00 p.m. until the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m.
D. Venue of the competition: www.goldenvegas-casino.be
E. Territorial limits: Belgian territories.
F. Entry requirements :
- You must be aged 21 or over to take part in the competition.
- Register and create a player account on www.goldenvegas-casino.be
1. How the competition works :
During the promotional period, participants will choose between the three switches to light up the sign.
Each participant is entitled to a single chance, and therefore a single click, to find the switch that lights up the complete sign.
The game is accessible free of charge and only to people registered on www.goldenvegas-casino.be and residing in Belgium.
Any incorrect or fraudulent registration will automatically invalidate the player's participation.
2. Determination of winner(s) and awarding of prizes :
Participants who choose the correct option will be designated as winners at the end of the promotion and will receive a direct prize.*
The prizes will be distributed as follows:
Players who light 1 letter will receive 1 x Money Maker spin.
Players who light 2 letters will receive 2 x Money Maker spins.
Players who light 3 letters will receive 3 x Money Maker spins.
Winnings will be credited directly to their Golden Vegas account upon completion of their entry.
Access to the Money Maker will be available for 24 hours following participation.
Competition prizes will only be awarded to entrants with a valid, trusted Golden Vegas account (copy of ID sent and validated by Golden Vegas) and opened before the competition closing date. Reward is non-exchangeable.
*To be eligible for the reward, the player must be considered active on https://www.goldenvegas-casino.be.
Active player: A player having recorded Activity on the Website during the last 3 maanden.
Activity: To be considered active, you must have wagered at least €10 in a single session on our site within the last 3 maanden.
3. Protection of personal data
Participants' personal data provided to the Company in connection with the Contest are processed by the Company for marketing purposes (marketing related to the offer of new online games and bets, including the sending of text messages, telephone calls, paper or electronic newsletters).
The company pays the utmost attention to the protection of personal data provided by participants. By taking part in this competition, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the conditions for processing personal data set out in the privacy policy available here: https://www.goldenvegas-casino.be/en/n/about-us/privacy.
Participants are informed that their names and contact details will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the aforementioned privacy policy. This data will be included in an address file which may be made available to third parties and/or which may be used internally or for commercial purposes (‘direct marketing’).
Any participant may request a copy of the data concerning him/her and have it rectified.
